The objective is simple yet challenging: move all your pawns across the board and into the safe Home zone. The first player to successfully get all their pawns home emerges as the winner.
How To Play
Sorry World is a family-friendly board game designed for 2 to 4 players. The aim is to move all three of your pawns from Start to Home before your opponents do. Here’s how to get started:
- Setup: Choose your color and place your three pawns in the Start area. Shuffle the deck of cards and place it face down, ready for the game.
- Objective: The first player to guide all three pawns around the board and into their Home space is declared the winner.
- Starting: Players take turns drawing a card from the deck, moving their pawns according to the card's instructions. The deck includes cards for moving forward, backward, or even swapping places with an opponent.
- Sorry Card: Drawing a "Sorry!" card allows you to replace any opponent's pawn on the board with one of your own, sending their pawn back to Start.
- Landing on Opponents: If you land on a space occupied by another player's pawn, you bump their pawn back to Start.
- Safety Zones and Home: To enter the Home space, pawns must land by exact count. The final stretch to Home is a "safe zone" where opponents can’t bump you out.
