GOMOKU Freestyle: Victory goes to the first player forming an unbroken line of five or more stones horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

CARO (Blocked Rule - Gomoku+): To win, a player must create an unbroken line of five stones that isn't blocked on both ends. Lines like XOOOOOX and OXXXXXO are not winning lines.

GOMOKU Standard: The first player to achieve an unbroken line of five stones horizontally, vertically, or diagonally wins. Overlines (six or more stones of the same color) do not constitute a win.

RENJU: Addressing the inherent advantage of Black (the first player), Renju incorporates additional rules to balance gameplay. Black is prohibited from making certain moves:
- Double Three: Creating two separate lines of three unbroken black stones.
- Double Four: Creating two separate lines of four unbroken black stones.
- Overline: A line of six or more consecutive black stones.
