Following the buzz around their new game Project C4, ZA/UM has now unveiled plans for an official mobile version of the critically acclaimed *Disco Elysium*, tailored exclusively for Android devices. Their objective is clear: to introduce the game to a new audience while providing current fans with a convenient, portable way to enjoy the game. To achieve this, ZA/UM will offer the first two chapters of *Disco Elysium* for free, with the option to unlock the complete, ad-free experience with a single payment.
ZA/UM emphasizes their commitment to transparency, stating, “We want players to make an informed decision about their potential purchase.” The studio, which now comprises both creators and custodians of the *Disco Elysium* intellectual property, is dedicated to maintaining the integrity and quality of the game, a dedication that they believe is reflected in the mobile adaptation.

Studio head Denis Havel shared an ambitious vision, targeting the TikTok audience with *Disco Elysium* on mobile. "We intend to captivate the TikTok user with quick hits of compelling story, art, and audio, ultimately creating an all-new, deeply engaging form of entertainment," Havel explained.
Accompanying the announcement, ZA/UM released a debut trailer and several screenshots, showcasing new 360-degree scenes designed to immerse mobile users directly into the world of Revachol. Additionally, the game features enhanced audio with full voiceover, promising a richer and more character-driven experience.
This is a total re-imagination of the award-winning, gripping psychological RPG Disco Elysium, designed to cater completely to the habits of today’s mobile users. This story-rich adventure has been optimized for short play sessions, allowing players to dive in anytime, anyplace on their mobile devices.
Narrative Lead Chris Priestman likened the mobile version of *Disco Elysium* to “what audiobooks wish they were,” highlighting its design for short, engaging bursts of gameplay.
*Disco Elysium* is set to hit mobile devices via Google Android in the summer of 2025. It's important to note, however, that despite the studio name remaining the same, many of the key individuals who originally developed *Disco Elysium* are no longer with ZA/UM. Numerous former members have departed the studio since the game's release, and some are now working on spiritual successors.
