MotorSim 2: Your Land Vehicle Performance Calculator
MotorSim 2 is a powerful performance calculator for land vehicles. This app is a physics simulator, not a driving game; it models straight-line acceleration performance. Users define technical specifications, and the app calculates the resulting performance metrics.
The interactive simulator features a speedometer, tachometer, throttle, brake, and gear shift (manual or automatic). It includes a procedurally generated engine sound (not sample-based) and displays vehicle position on a 1/4 mile track. Saved "ghost" runs allow for easy performance comparisons between different vehicle configurations.
