This app lets you play "Taiko-san Jiro 2" (TJA) files on your Android device. It's compatible with TJA files from the PC version of Taiko-san Jiro 2. While we strive for broad compatibility, we can't test every Android device and cannot guarantee support for all devices. We also don't provide assistance regarding obtaining TJA files or skins.
Adding Songs:
Upon first launch, a "TJA" folder is created in your device's root storage or SD card. Create genre folders within "TJA" and place your TJA files inside. Folders lacking a genre.ini file will default to "Uncategorized." High score saving may not function on Android 4.4 and later. The app now offers a "record location" setting for choosing your preferred storage location.
Adding Skins:
Skins are compatible with (but not fully implemented for all) "Taiko-san Jiro 2" skin data. They are not compatible with "Taiko-san Jiro" (non-2) skin data. The app reads theme-default/default.csv. Performance may vary depending on your device and the skin data used.

Due to Android security updates, access is now limited to app-specific folders. If you've updated, please manually move your "/TJA" folder to "Android/data/com.daijiro.taiko2/files/TJA" using a file manager. Bug fixes included.
