Please note that the app includes just one sample song. To enjoy more music, you'll need to manually add your own music data to your device's storage or SD card.
Without the score data, you won't be able to play the game.
Due to enhanced security features in Android, upgrading from Taiko Daijiro 2 means the default TJA folder under the root directory is no longer accessible. As a result, this app has evolved into a standalone application.
I apologize to those who have left reviews; I haven't had the chance to read and respond to them all. If you have any requests, please send us an email, and we will certainly address them.
We regret that due to the vast number of Android devices, we can't test the app on all of them. We do not support devices on which the app fails to start.
Before launching the application, please ensure you clear background tasks using a task killer or similar tool.
We do not provide assistance or respond to inquiries about obtaining TJA files and skins. Please understand this policy.
■How to Insert Songs
Place your music files (tja) in the following folder:
/Android/data/com.daijiro.taiko3/files/TJA
(Note: The TJA folder used in Taiko-san Daijiro 2 is no longer accessible by regular apps due to security enhancements.)
If you're upgrading from Taiko-san Daijiro 2, use a file management app to copy or move your score files.
For files downloaded from the internet, save the zip file to the "Taiko-san Daijiro 3" folder.
If your genre folder or folders lack a genre.ini file, the genre will default to "Uncategorized".
■How to Insert Skins
The app supports skins from "Taiko-san Jiro 2", though some may not be fully implemented yet.
Skins from "Taiko-san Jiro" (not version 2) are not supported.
Please be aware that certain models and skin data might cause slower performance.
■Contents of genre.ini (This file is essential for recognizing a folder as a genre folder.)
