Four Games, One Big Surprise
The Developer_Direct, presented by the developers themselves, will feature four games, including a completely unannounced title. Here's what we know so far:
- South of Midnight (Compulsion Games): An action-adventure game set in a mystical American South, where protagonist Hazel uses magic ("Weaving") to combat mythical creatures after a hurricane rips apart her world. Launching in 2025 on Xbox Series X|S and Steam.
- Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (Sandfall Interactive): A turn-based RPG with real-time combat elements. Players join Gustave and Lune in a fantasy world where a Paintress erases people annually. Launching in 2025 on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
- DOOM: The Dark Ages (id Software): A prequel to Doom (2016), this single-player FPS casts the Doom Slayer in a techno-medieval setting, battling hellish forces with new weapons and a throwable shield. Launching in 2025 on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and Steam.
- The Mystery Game: Xbox is keeping this one completely under wraps! All will be revealed during the Developer_Direct.
