To begin, advance the Miri Fajta quest at the Nomads' Camp until the Voivode reveals Marika possesses the letter. Return to Marika in Apollonia. Assist her in repelling wolves.
During your conversation with Marika, select the dialogue options: "He cares about you," followed by "I swear." This will lead Marika to disclose the letter's hidden location—a tree near a nearby river. The images below pinpoint its exact location.
