Supercell, the mastermind behind popular titles like Clash of Clans and Brawl Stars, has been quietly working on a new project called Boat Game. They've just lifted the curtain slightly by announcing the first alpha test, and you can be a part of it! If you're curious, dive in for more details.

The announcement came in a subtle fashion, with Supercell's community manager Frame dropping a teaser trailer on X (formerly known as Twitter). You can now find this intriguing glimpse of Boat Game on YouTube as well.

To join the alpha test, head over to this link. Be aware, though, that Supercell is being quite choosy. The sign-up page states they're only letting in a limited number of players and are keen on assembling a diverse group of testers.

What Type of Game Is Boat Game?

The details are still under wraps, but from what we've seen in the trailer, Boat Game seems to blend third-person shooting with boat combat. Picture yourself navigating the high seas, dodging cannon fire, then leaping onto an island to engage in pirate-style shootouts. There are also some enigmatic, surreal scenes that suggest a potential battle royale element. You can check out the trailer for Supercell's new Boat Game here and decide if you're up for the alpha test adventure.

Rumors circulated last year about Supercell developing a third-person shooter known as 'boatgame.' This could very well be it, or perhaps it's another project that might not see a full release. Supercell is known for quickly launching and then possibly scrapping games that don't meet their high standards.

Regardless, with its unique mix of land and sea gameplay, Boat Game is definitely worth watching. For the latest updates, keep an eye on their official website.

In the meantime, don't miss out on our coverage of Tower of Fantasy's Version 4.7 Starfall Radiance, which introduces a fresh storyline.
