After two years of trying, streamer finished the impossible FromSoftware challenge

FromSoftware games are notoriously difficult, as evidenced by Kai Cenat's thousands of Elden Ring deaths. This makes the accomplishments of players tackling extra challenges even more remarkable. Streamer Dinossindgeil has achieved the seemingly impossible: he's the first person to complete God Run 3 SL1.

This brutal challenge involves conquering seven consecutive FromSoftware games without leveling up or sustaining a single hit. Dinossindgeil dedicated nearly two years to this feat. His emotional breakdown upon defeating Dark Souls III's Soul of Cinder, the final boss, speaks volumes about the intensity and dedication involved.

God Run 3 SL1 is widely regarded as the ultimate FromSoftware gaming test. The rules are unforgiving: a single hit necessitates restarting the entire seven-game gauntlet, regardless of progress.

Dinossindgeil's journey was fraught with setbacks. A frustrating bug in Dark Souls II, where an arrow inexplicably phased through a wall, ended a run in Summer 2024, forcing him to start over after already completing Elden Ring and Dark Souls I.

FromSoftware's response to this monumental achievement will be eagerly awaited. However, one thing is clear: Dinossindgeil has undeniably etched his name into gaming lore.
