Finding the Storm King
The final two base camp quests involve defeating Raven and powering the Tempest Gateway. After helping the Storm Chasers, Raven's hideout will appear on your map (after speaking with Carl). This battle requires dodging dynamite and blocking attacks while using a crossbow.
Powering the Tempest Gateway requires at least 10 Eye of the Storm items. Some are earned by defeating Raven and upgrading the base camp; others are found in Storm Dungeons.

Defeating the Storm King
With the Tempest Gateway activated, you can face the Storm King. This boss fight resembles a raid boss encounter. Attack the glowing yellow points on his body; he'll become more aggressive after each one is destroyed. Exploit his temporary stuns after weak point destruction to unleash powerful melee attacks.
The Storm King uses ranged and melee attacks. A glowing mouth indicates an incoming laser; dodge left or right. He also summons meteors and throws rocks (whose trajectories are predictable). If he raises his hands, he's about to slam the ground – move away to avoid the impact. A direct hit can quickly eliminate players.
Once all weak points are destroyed, he'll be vulnerable. Keep attacking, watch his moves, and you'll conquer the Storm King!
