Your quest for the Talismans of the Divine begins with a visit to the Boastful Shopkeeper on Virga Island. Located in the Dragon Statue Plaza, he offers a single Talisman of the Divine for the hefty sum of 100,000 Reeve.
Next, prepare for a challenging encounter. Defeating Homo Sondro, the secret final boss encountered after completing the "Apostles Of The Apocalypse" bounty (available from September 26th during the final game month), rewards you with another Talisman of the Divine.
A third Talisman awaits at the summit of the Tower of Insolence. While accessible during your free time in Altabury Heights, reaching the upper floors requires a return visit during a later period of free time. Conveniently, you'll need to revisit the Tower to battle The Devourer of Stars, making this a good time to claim your reward.
