A new Pokémon GO Tour Pass is launching February 24th, offering rewards and milestones leading up to the Unova event (February 24th - March 9th). This event features Gen 5 Pokémon encounters, raids, and egg hatches.
The free Tour Pass allows players to earn Tour Points through various in-game activities, including catching Pokémon, completing raids, and hatching eggs. These points unlock Minor and Major milestones, rewarding players with items like candy and stickers. Reaching the final milestone grants an encounter with a special Zorua. All rewards expire March 9th at 6 pm local time.
A premium Deluxe Tour Pass ($14.99 USD) and a Deluxe Pass with 10 ranks unlocked ($19.99 USD), both available from February 24th at 10 am to March 2nd at 6 pm local time, offer enhanced rewards. These include all free pass rewards, an encounter with the Mythical Pokémon Victini, and a Lucky Trinket. The Lucky Trinket instantly makes a friend a Lucky Friend, guaranteeing a Lucky Pokémon on the next trade, then resetting the Lucky Friend status. Deluxe Pass rewards also expire March 9th at 6 pm local time.
This year's Pokémon GO Tour highlights include the debut of Kyurem (Black and White forms) via fusion and shiny Meloetta via ticketed Masterwork Research. The Tour Pass adds further excitement to the anticipated Unova-themed event.
