Expect increased appearances of special Pokémon in the wild, including a ribbon-adorned Jigglypuff, a New Year's outfit-wearing Hoothoot, and a party-hat-wearing Wurmple. Shiny versions of these Pokémon may also appear!
Raids receive a festive upgrade too! One-star raids feature a snowflake-hat-wearing Pikachu, while three-star raids star party-hat-wearing Raticate and Wobbuffet. Shiny rates are boosted for all three.
