Pokémon GO March 2025 Community Day: Fuecoco and Beyond
The March 2025 Pokémon GO Community Day extravaganza kicks off with Fuecoco, the adorable Fire Croc Pokémon! This detailed guide covers the event specifics, upcoming Community Day dates, and the exciting Beloved Buddies Timed Research rewards.
Fuecoco's Fiery Debut
Fuecoco takes center stage on March 8th, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm (local time). Expect increased Fuecoco spawns and a boosted Shiny rate! Evolving your Fuecoco into Skeledirge (via Crocalor) within one week of the event unlocks the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn. Skeledirge can also learn Torch Song, with no time limit.
A Special Background Timed Research event runs concurrently, offering a Fuecoco encounter with a special seasonal background and further increased Shiny odds. Complete the tasks by March 15th, 2025, at 10:00 pm (local time).
For $2.00, trainers can access an exclusive Community Day Special Research. This includes Battle Passes, Rare Candies, and three Fuecoco encounters (all with seasonal backgrounds). This ticket is also giftable to Great Friends and above.

Beloved Buddies Event: Candela or Arlo?
The Beloved Buddies event, featuring Dhelmise, includes a Timed Research with two branching paths: Candela (Team Valor) and Arlo (Team GO Rocket).
Initial tasks reward Ultra Balls, Remoraid, and Mantine encounters. Choosing a path unlocks unique rewards:
Candela Path: Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Luvdisc, Shellder, and Rapidash.
Arlo Path: Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, a Pocket Radar, and encounters with Cubone, Slowpoke, and Scizor.
