Pokémon Pocket's January 2025 Wonder Pick Event: A Comprehensive Guide

Pokémon Pocket is thrilled to announce its third Wonder Pick Event, featuring two new Promo-A cards: Charmander (P-A 032) and Squirtle (P-A 033). These cards boast updated artwork while retaining their original stats and moves. This event also offers themed accessories obtainable through in-game missions.

Event Overview:

The event is divided into two parts:

• Part 1 (January 6th - 20th): Focuses on acquiring Charmander (P-A 032) and Squirtle (P-A 033) Promo-A cards.
• Part 2 (January 15th - 21st): Features new missions and rewards, primarily Blastoise and Blue-themed accessories.

Acquiring Promo-A Cards:

Players can obtain the coveted Promo-A Squirtle and Charmander through two types of Wonder Picks:

• Bonus Wonder Picks: These free picks offer a chance at one of the two Promo-A cards (or their standard variants) plus Wonder Hourglasses or Event Shop Tickets. The estimated appearance rate is 20%.

• Rare Wonder Picks: These have a 2.5% chance of appearing and guarantee one of the Promo-A cards. The number of slots each card occupies is random (1-4), affecting the overall odds of obtaining a specific card (25% to 80%).

Part 1 Missions and Rewards:

Five missions reward players with Event Shop Tickets (Blastoise), redeemable for themed accessories:

Completing all five missions yields nine tickets, sufficient to unlock all three Part 1 accessories:

Ten new missions in Part 2 offer more Event Shop Tickets (up to 22) for Part 2 accessories:

Part 2 accessories include: Blue & Blastoise (Card Back), Blue & Blastoise (Playmat), Blastoise (Icon), and Blastoise (Coin).

Important Notes:

• Tickets persist until January 29th, allowing ample time for purchases. A total of 31 tickets are needed for all accessories.
• The game doesn't notify players about Bonus or Rare Picks; frequent logins are recommended.
• All Wonder Picks contribute to mission progress.
• Prioritize Bonus Picks for Promo-A cards; only use Rare Picks if nearing the event's end and missing the P-A variants.
