What are Power Charges?

Power Charges act as temporary buffs, consumed by specific skills to enhance their effects. They're passive until used by a skill like Falling Thunder, significantly boosting its power. Many builds don't require them, but some, such as the Tempest Flurry Invoker build, rely heavily on Power Charges. They function similarly to Frenzy and Endurance Charges – inherently inactive until utilized by a skill or item.
