Jetragon reigns supreme, a versatile dragon and arguably the game's best mount. Its Fire Ball and Beam Comet abilities are devastating in combat. Find this Level 60 powerhouse on the Beach of Everlasting Summer, but be prepared—bring Ice-element Pals and boost your Heat Resistance to Level 2.

Bellanoir Libero, a Dark-element Pal, is a formidable fighter, though not a mount. Its Siren of the Void passive ability significantly enhances its Dark and Ice attacks, making it incredibly effective against many dragon Pals. Summon it using the Summoning Altar—a challenge in itself.

Paladius and Necromus, twin boss Pals, are the fastest ground mounts available. Paladius (Neutral element) excels against dragons, while Necromus (Dark element) shines against other foes. Both deliver massive damage, but their work capabilities are less impressive, making them ideal combat companions.

Anubis, obtainable relatively early, is a top-tier worker and fighter (though not a mount). Bred from Penking and Bushi, or defeated as a world boss, its impressive attack power makes it a must-have. Its Handiwork Level 4 further boosts its base utility.

Shadowbeak, found only in No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary (accessible via flying or swimming mounts), boasts potentially the strongest Dark-element attacks thanks to its Modified DNA. While usable as a mount, it truly shines in combat; its resource gathering skills are less noteworthy.

Jormuntide Ignis, from No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary, is another exceptional combat Pal. Its Stormbringer Lava Dragon passive ability buffs both the rider and itself. Its powerful Fire, Electric, and Dragon-type moves make it a force to be reckoned with. While useful in cooking and ore refining (Kindling Level 4), combat is its true calling.

Frostallion, an Ice-type Pal, is a versatile combatant, mount, and base worker. Found at Level 50 in the eastern Land of Absolute Zero (fight the world boss there!), it requires Fire Pals and Cold Resistance Level 3 to conquer.

Lyleen Noct, a Dark-element Pal from a cave in the Land of Absolute Zero, is best utilized as a healer. Its Goddess of the Tranquil Light passive ability restores HP. Its Ice and Dark moves are effective against many bosses, though its base contributions are limited (best for medicine production).

Blazamut Ryu, another Raid Boss summoned via the Summoning Altar, requires four Blazamut Ryu Slab Fragments from challenging Sakurajima Island Dungeons. While mountable, combat or base work (mining or ore refining, thanks to Level 4 Kindling and Mining) are its best uses.

These are some of the best Pals in *Palworld*. Remember, most are endgame encounters, so don't rush to collect them all at once.
