Modders have restored content cut from Bloodborne and made it work on PC

The Bloodborne: Magnum Opus mod, now available for PC, breathes new life into the game by restoring all cut content, including multiple simultaneous boss encounters. Despite some texture and animation glitches, enemies remain functional.

Magnum Opus significantly alters the original Bloodborne experience. This includes the reinstatement of certain weapons and armor sets, and the relocation of various enemies. The accompanying video showcases several of these new boss encounters.

While a PC release was nearly a reality last August, with Hidetaka Miyazaki hinting at the possibility, no official announcement has been made. This has left players to explore alternative methods, such as emulators.

The emergence of a functional PS4 emulator has been a game-changer. Modders rapidly gained access to the game and even the character editor. While initial gameplay was unattainable, that hurdle has now been overcome. Online videos demonstrate Bloodborne running on PC, though the experience isn't yet perfect.
