The MCU offers a vast array of films to choose from, but remember, we're focusing solely on the films from Kevin Feige's MCU. This means no Sony Marvel films are included this time (apologies to the X-Men fans, except for Wolverine, of course). Here's a glimpse at my personal tier list, which reflects my enjoyment of these films over the years:
Captain America: Brave New World unfortunately didn't meet my expectations, landing in the D tier due to what might be the clunkiest script in the MCU to date. Similarly, my placement of Deadpool & Wolverine (2024) at the bottom might raise eyebrows, but it simply didn't resonate with me. You can find my detailed reasons for this here. However, I don't believe it's the lowest point for the MCU; that dubious honor goes to Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which easily secures its spot in the D tier.
On the other end of the spectrum, the top tier is reserved for five films that I consider truly exceptional. Captain America: Civil War and Winter Soldier are unequivocal S-tiers for me, as they brilliantly capture the emotional essence of the MCU and the gripping tension of espionage. Thor: Ragnarok stands out as one of the funniest films of the last decade, while Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame masterfully concluded the most crucial chapter of the series.
