To keep players engaged, Infinity Nikki doesn't allow for instant equipping of items. Instead, players must explore the world, gathering materials like plants, flowers, animal wool, and feathers to create their unique outfits. Here’s how you can effectively collect these crafting materials.
The strategy is simple: gather everything you come across. Every flower, leaf, or twig could be the key to your next fashion masterpiece. For instance, you might need 100 daisies for a project, and thorough collecting can save you from last-minute scavenger hunts.
Don't overlook the importance of animal grooming. To groom animals, approach them wearing a special grooming suit, accessible by pressing Tab and selecting the brush icon.
Once you've selected the grooming outfit, approach the animal and press the right mouse button. Nikki’s outfit will change automatically, and when a blue brush icon appears above the animal, release the button to complete the grooming.

Be aware that not all animals will appreciate your grooming efforts. Some may flee, so hold the right mouse button until a blue icon appears, indicating that your character is sneaking up successfully, preventing the animals from running away.
For horses, I initially used a combat skill to stun them, but sneaking up is the more humane and efficient method.
Collecting feathers from birds is another essential task. Approach birds carefully, as they are often rare and valuable. Use the same sneaking technique to ensure you don't scare them off.
Fishing is also a crucial activity in Infinity Nikki, not for sustenance but for crafting. You can transform fish into fashionable attire. To fish, locate a fishing spot by observing groups of fish swimming in circles. Equip the fisherman's outfit using Tab, cast your rod with the right mouse button, and wait for a bite. Once a fish bites, press S, then A or D to reel it in, depending on the direction it pulls. Click the right mouse button repeatedly to secure the catch.
Catching beetles with a special suit is another way to gather crafting materials. Select the suit with a net icon via Tab, sneak up on the beetle, and release the right mouse button when a yellow net icon appears above it.
To locate specific resources, press M to open the map, then click the book icon in the lower left corner. Select the resource you need and click "Truck" to highlight the zones where you can find it.
With these strategies, gathering materials for your outfits in Infinity Nikki becomes a seamless and enjoyable part of your gaming experience.
