Acquiring Lapras EX in Pokémon TCG Pocket
Currently, a Lapras EX event is live in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Participate in event battles against AI opponents using Lapras-themed Water decks to earn Promo Packs. These Promo Packs are your only source for Lapras EX.
However, act fast! This event concludes November 18th. Your time to battle and collect Lapras EX is limited.
Important details: Each Promo Pack contains a single card, randomly selected from: Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, Butterfree, and Lapras EX. While the drop rates are supposedly equal, luck plays a significant role. You might get lucky on your first pack, or it could take 20 or more. For guaranteed Promo Packs, focus on the Expert difficulty level. While other levels offer a chance, only Expert guarantees a pack per battle.
Completing all stages rewards you with Event Hourglasses, allowing you to replenish Event stamina and continue farming. Even better, if you have a Pikachu EX deck, you can auto-battle even the Expert stage, freeing you up for other tasks.
Should you miss out before the event ends, don't despair! Trading is planned for a future update, offering a potential avenue to acquire Lapras EX from other players.
