After the tutorial on pistols, speak to Klara at the jail cells. Help her by persuading the guard or fighting him. Agree to treat the prisoners, Mark and Zwerk, using Schnapps, bandages, wine (for Zwerk), and chamomile brew (for Zwerk). Finally, speak with Klara at her house and proceed to her bed.
Bathhouse Ladies
In major towns, visit the bathhouse. Paying the maids for their services provides clean clothes and the "Time Well Spent" buff, boosting Strength, Agility, and Vitality. This buff is gained from any romantic encounter, not just the bathhouse ladies.
