Ed Boon, co-creator of the Mortal Kombat franchise, unveiled a fun, faux movie poster showcasing Urban's portrayal of the Hollywood action star turned Mortal Kombatant, complete with a ridiculously over-the-top action scene involving flaming motorcycles.
Mortal Kombat 2 serves as a direct sequel to the 2021 reboot, picking up where Lewis Tan (Cole Young), Hiroyuki Sanada (Scorpion), and Joe Taslim (Sub-Zero) left off. Joining Urban in the sequel are Adeline Rudolph as Kitana, Tati Gabrielle as Jade, and Damon Herriman as Quan Chi, adding even more firepower to the already impressive cast.
