Phantom Friend Quests Begin October 25th
Starting October 25th, embark on Phantom Friend quests to gather Ghost Balloon Tickets and forge the Ghost Balloon armor. This armor boasts the "Artful Dodger" skill, making evasive maneuvers a snap.
