Acquiring the Quest:
Silvergale's Aria is crafted through a multi-stage process beginning in the "Heart of Infinity" mission (Part 2). This quest isn't immediately accessible. You must first complete the main storyline of version 1.0 and then unlock the world quest "Fifteen Years, Echoes of Witches" in update 1.1 (accessed via the 'U' key, then the World tab).

Completing "Fifteen Years, Echoes of Witches" unlocks the final node for the Wishful Aurosa set within "Heart of Infinity." Using a collected star, this opens the "Call of Beginnings" mission (accessed via the 'U' key, then the Main tab).
