- Travel to Breezy Meadow
Specifically, locate the Meadow Wharf Warp Spire near the eastern coast. From there, navigate to the marked location on the map. You'll find Viliak near the Meadow Wharf, facing the water. Initiate the quest by speaking with her.

After speaking with Viliak, she'll explain the challenge. Solving it is straightforward once you identify the correct items and location.
Proceed to the eastern side of the Meadow Wharf and follow these steps:
- Go to the small dock east of Meadow Wharf.
- Board the boat directly in front of you.
- Face west towards the dock.
- Open your camera. You should see a Fish Hook and a Fish on a Cloth.
- Align the hook precisely with the fish's mouth.
- Take the picture and return to Viliak.
Select the correct photo from your album when speaking with her. Upon acceptance, your rewards will be:
