Beloved voice actor Wes Johnson, known for his work in numerous Bethesda titles including Skyrim, Fallout 3, and Starfield, is critically ill. His family has launched a GoFundMe campaign to help cover his mounting medical expenses and living costs while he's unable to work.

According to a PC Gamer report, Johnson was found unconscious and barely alive in his hotel room after failing to appear at a charity event. His wife, Kim, raised the alarm after he didn't respond to her attempts to contact him. Hotel security found him in critical condition, requiring emergency medical intervention.

Beyond his extensive video game voice acting, Johnson is also recognized for his 25-year tenure as the public address announcer for the Washington Capitals, as well as his various film and television roles.

His extensive voice acting credits within the Bethesda universe include memorable characters such as Ron Hope in Starfield, Sheogorath and Lucien Lachance in Oblivion, multiple Daedric Princes in Morrowind, Fawkes and Maister Burke in Fallout 3, Hermaeus Mora and Emperor Titus Mede II in Skyrim, and Moe Cronin in Fallout 4, among many others. The gaming community and his fans are rallying to support him during this difficult time.
