Geoff Keighley, host and producer of Gamescom Opening Night Live (ONL), has officially announced the showcase will feature exciting new game reveals alongside updates on previously announced titles and highly anticipated releases.

Gamescom has already teased appearances from several major titles, including Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Monster Hunter Wilds, Civilization 7, MARVEL Rivals, Dune: Awakening, and Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. However, the show promises to unveil completely new, unannounced games as well. The Gamescom 2024 ONL will be streamed live on August 20th at 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET across official streaming platforms.

Confirmed highlights include the first gameplay reveal of Don't Nod's Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, a new trailer for Warhorse Studios' Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, and a brand-new game announcement from THQ Nordic and Tarsier Studios (creators of Little Nightmares).

Call of Duty fans can expect a significant reveal: the first-ever live campaign playthrough of Black Ops 6. While Nintendo will be absent from Gamescom 2024, The Pokémon Company will be a featured highlight of the event.
