In Freedom Wars Remastered, you have the flexibility to select three comrades to accompany you during Operations, along with your Accessory and their accessories. While you can't directly manage the gear of your Comrades and can only upgrade their equipment overall, your Accessory offers a unique level of customization and command.
You can issue specific commands to your Accessory and tailor their combat abilities to suit your strategy. Here's how you can customize and command your Accessory effectively.
How To Customize Your Accessory In Freedom Wars Remastered
Customizing your Accessory in Freedom Wars Remastered is straightforward. Within the Loadout menu, you'll find the Accessory option right below your player settings, which opens a similar loadout interface. Your Accessory can be equipped with any weapon you possess, as well as any compatible Modules for that weapon.
Unlike players, Accessories don't need ammo for gun weapons, adding a strategic advantage. Additionally, you can equip your Accessory with a single combat item, which they'll use at their discretion. While limited to one weapon and one combat item, the real strength of your Accessory lies in the unique commands you can issue to them.
Accessory Orders
In the Loadout menu, you can select a set of Orders for your Accessory. To customize these Orders, interact with your Accessory in your cell and select the fifth option from the top, "Customize Accessory." This allows you to create a tailored set of commands. You can increase the number of orders in a set by purchasing the "Right To Assign Orders Entitlements" from the Window of Liberty Interface Entitlements under the Accessory section.
Once you've chosen an Order Set for your Accessory in the Loadout, it remains fixed during Operations. You can issue these commands at any time by pressing up on the D-pad or C on PC. Your Accessory can follow different orders from your Comrades, allowing them to focus on specific tasks while your team tackles broader objectives. The available orders include:
