Fortnite's Next Season: "Wanted" – A Heist-Themed Adventure with Mortal Kombat
Epic Games has unveiled the Battle Pass skins for Fortnite's upcoming season, aptly titled "Wanted." This heist-themed season promises high-octane action, featuring villainous characters, gold-laden vehicles, and explosive bank vaults.

Forget codenames; this season goes straight to the thrilling title. Expect a focus on elaborate robberies, complete with the arsenal and atmosphere befitting a major crime spree.
Launching February 21st, the season includes a crossover with the iconic Mortal Kombat franchise. Sub-Zero will be a featured Battle Pass skin, perfectly complementing the heist theme.

This collaboration cleverly promotes Mortal Kombat 2, the upcoming film starring Karl Urban and Adeline Rudolph.
Skins will be priced at 1,500 V-Bucks each.
Returning weaponry includes the Flare Gun, C4, and the Diplomat turret. While other weapons remain unannounced, speculation based on Chapter 4 Season 4 (the previous heist season) points towards a possible return of the EMP Grenade, classic SMGs, the Tommy Gun, and even the Grappler. These, however, are currently unconfirmed.
A significant addition is Smart Building, a feature that anticipates your building needs based on your aiming direction.
The heist theme extends to gameplay mechanics. Keycards are replaced by vault breaches, requiring Meltanite (Fortnite's equivalent of thermite) to access valuable loot.
