FFXIV & NTE at Tokyo Game Show 2024

TGS 2024 is shaping up to be impressive, with Square Enix confirming a lineup of titles for its showcase, and Hotta Studio announcing its presence to provide a comprehensive look at the forthcoming open-world RPG Neverness to Everness (NTE).

Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy 14 (FF14) will be featured at the 2024 Tokyo Game Show, taking place later this month from September 26 to 29. As part of the event, the immensely popular MMORPG will air Part 83 of its Letter From the Producer Live, hosted by game producer and director Naoki Yoshida (Yoshi-P). During the broadcast, Yoshi-P is expected to detail FF14's upcoming Patch 7.1 content update and preview future game content.

Besides FF14, Square Enix will present several other eagerly awaited titles at the show. Fans can anticipate highlights from FF16, Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake, and Life is Strange: Double Exposure, among others. The presentations will include slides in both Japanese and English, though the audio will be in Japanese only, according to Square Enix.

Another exciting announcement arrived from Hotta Studio, which declared that its highly anticipated open-world RPG Neverness to Everness (NTE) will make its official debut at TGS 2024. The game’s booth will be themed after "Heterocity," the game's setting, and provide exclusive items for attendees.
