Leslie Uggams (Betty Pearson), returning for season two, confirmed the November start date to Screen Rant. While the full cast remains unannounced, Ella Purnell (Lucy MacLean) and Walton Goggins (Cooper "The Ghoul" Howard) are expected to reprise their roles. Uggams teased intriguing developments for her character, Betty Pearson, a Vault-Tec executive assistant: "I am with the Vault People, so I didn’t get to see what the Earth people were doing," she stated. "So when it came on, I was blown away. But Betty’s got some things up her sleeve. Just stay tuned."

A tentative release date of 2026 has been suggested, accounting for filming and post-production. This aligns with the production timeline of season one (July 2022 filming, April 2024 premiere). However, an official release date is yet to be confirmed.
