Get ready for a Legendary Flight in Pokémon Go! Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres are making their Dynamax debuts.
From January 20th to February 3rd, these legendary bird Pokémon will appear in their Dynamax forms during special Max Battle events. This exciting opportunity enhances the recently introduced Max Battles.
The Schedule:
- January 20th: Dynamax Articuno (and Charmander, Beldum, Scorbunny)
- January 27th: Dynamax Zapdos (and Bulbasaur, Cryogonal, Grookey)
- February 3rd: Dynamax Moltres (and Squirtle, Krabby, Sobble)
Each Dynamax Legendary bird will dominate Max Battles at all PokéStops on the first day of its week-long appearance. Following their initial appearance, they'll continue to be found in Max Battles at select PokéStops for the remainder of the week.
These powerful birds will appear in five-star Max Battles. Shiny versions are possible, but only during their designated time slots. Don't miss out!
Beyond the Legendary trio, other Pokémon will also participate in Max Battles:
- January 20th - 27th: Charmander, Beldum, and Scorbunny
- January 27th - February 3rd: Bulbasaur, Cryogonal, and Grookey
- February 3rd onwards: Squirtle, Krabby, and Sobble
