Unlocking Aladdin and Jasmine in Disney Dreamlight Valley's Agrabah Realm: A Step-by-Step Guide
The free "Tales of Agrabah" update for Disney Dreamlight Valley introduces Aladdin and Princess Jasmine. Here's how to unlock Aladdin and invite him to your valley.
First, you must unlock Agrabah. This requires 15,000 Dreamlight to open the realm's door located at the top of the Disney castle. Entering Agrabah will reveal a market shrouded in sandstorms.
Navigating Agrabah's rooftops is key to finding Jasmine and then Aladdin. Use planks (found scattered throughout the market) to create pathways across gaps. Your pickaxe will be needed to break down obstacles and sand structures blocking your progress. Avoid the sandstorms; they'll knock you back.
After a series of rooftop maneuvers and pickaxe work, you'll reach Jasmine and trigger the "The Ancient Revealed" quest. She'll explain the sandstorms and Aladdin's disappearance, revealing the Magic Carpet is stuck in Dreamlight Valley.
To progress, you'll need to upgrade your pickaxe. Collect three wooden planks (locations indicated in the original guide) and bring them to Jasmine. Then, you'll need to locate three chests containing Artisan's Alloy. The chests are hidden throughout Agrabah; using more planks to reach them will be necessary.
Once you have the Artisan's Alloy, craft the Artisan's Alloy Pickaxe Upgrade at the crafting table. After equipping the upgrade, break sandstone deposits as directed by Jasmine, eventually leading you to Aladdin.
Inviting Aladdin to Dreamlight Valley:
After restoring Agrabah, return to Dreamlight Valley. Speak to Scrooge McDuck to build Aladdin and Jasmine's house. This costs 20,000 Star Coins. Jasmine will arrive first, followed by Aladdin. Each character unlocks new quests, crafting recipes, and friendship rewards.
