Baldur's Gate 3 offers a wealth of romance options, but some hidden encounters easily slip past players. One such intriguing encounter is with Naoise Nallinto at Sharess' Caress, a fleeting romance nestled within a busy game moment. This guide details how to find and romance Naoise.

Where to Find Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3

Finding Sharess' Caress in Act III:

To meet Naoise, you must progress to the early stages of Act III. While traveling to Baldur's Gate, you'll pass through Wyrm's Crossing. Your first visit requires meeting Raphael at Sharess' Caress, a brothel located east of the bridge leading into Baldur's Gate. If you've already explored Wyrm's Crossing, use the South Span of Wyrm's Crossing fast-travel point to reach Sharess' Caress directly.

Locating the Nymph's Grotto:

Naoise resides in the Nymph's Grotto, a chamber on the second floor. Look for a door with a green light and ivy—it's locked, but easily pickable with a lockpicking roll of 10 or higher.

How to Romance Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3

Interacting with Naoise:

Inside, you'll find Naoise with Jara, a Flaming Heart soldier, sharing an intimate moment. Interrupting them will upset Jara, triggering a dialogue where a tadpole interaction occurs. Choosing the dialogue option, "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken," will lead to Jara's transformation into a Mindflayer. Defeat her to proceed.

Naoise will then reveal her interest in Mindflayers, presenting several response options. Choosing "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset," and following it with "That creature aroused you, didn't it?", followed by "What did you have in mind?" and finally, "'Close your eyes and listen'," will initiate the romance scene.

This romance unfolds mentally. Naoise asks you to choose "what you will be," offering options like Revered, Contented, Powerful, Rich, or ending the encounter. Selecting "Contented" leads to a brief romantic scene. Afterward, Naoise loses further romantic interest, offering "rapture" only once. Note that this encounter seems unaffected by existing relationships with other characters like Karlach. Shadowheart will grant you the "Carnal Rituals of Sharess" inspiration point upon completion. Successfully romancing Naoise rewards you with the Rapture boon, granting a passive 1d6 bonus to most ability checks.
