How To Get Distilled Emotions in Path of Exile 2

There are ten types of Distilled Emotions: Despair, Disgust, Envy, Fear, Greed, Guilt, Ire, Isolation, Paranoia, and Suffering.
The primary method to obtain Distilled Emotions is by completing Delirium Maps, which reward you with a random selection of these emotions. Alternatively, you can acquire them through currency exchange or the trade market.
To upgrade your Distilled Emotions, utilize the Reforging Bench. By combining three of the same type, you can upgrade to a higher-tier Distilled Emotion of that type, giving you precise control over your selections.
