Mastering Friend Connections and Gameplay in Marvel Rivals
Marvel Rivals, the exhilarating 6v6 hero shooter, offers smooth matchmaking but shines even brighter when played with friends. This guide details how to add friends and play together within the game.
Important Note: Currently, Marvel Rivals lacks cross-progression and cross-play. You can only add friends on the same platform. However, developers have confirmed that this feature is in the works.
Adding Friends in Marvel Rivals

Locate the Friends Icon: Upon launching the game, locate the friends icon (usually a person silhouette or similar) in the top-right corner of the main screen, near your player profile.

Recent Players: Clicking this icon displays a list of recently played players. Select a player to add them to your friends list.

Username Search: Alternatively, use the search bar to input a player's username. Press Enter and add them from the search results. They must accept your friend request.

Console Integration: Console players will find that friends already added on their console's friend system are automatically integrated into their Marvel Rivals friend list.

Access the Friends List: Click the friends list icon (same as above) in the top-right corner.

Send an Invitation: Locate the desired friend, select their username, and send them a game invitation.

Queue Together: Once they accept, you can queue for quick play or competitive matches as a team.
