The Iași Bilet app simplifies using Iași's public transportation system. This travel portal, offered by the Iași Public Transport Company, provides a comprehensive suite of features to make your commute easier.

Purchase tickets using your bank card, plan optimal routes, and view real-time bus, tram, and trolleybus locations on an interactive map. After creating an account and linking a transport card, you can conveniently top up your card balance online. View your card's status and active tickets anytime.
Manage multiple transport cards within a single account, easily topping up e-wallets, purchasing new subscriptions, or extending existing ones. Access a detailed transaction history for all purchases, validations, and other actions.
Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles directly through the app, submitting necessary supporting documents. Once approved, access discounted or free fares. Legal entities collaborating with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.
Receive notifications on your device or via email regarding ticket purchases, expiration dates, and other relevant card actions. Plan your journey by selecting your starting point (current location or a custom location) and destination (address, point of interest, station, or map pin). Save frequently used locations for quicker access.
The app provides real-time information on the nearest station, vehicle arrival times, and estimated trip durations. It will guide you through your journey, indicating necessary line changes. View complete or partial route maps for any line, save your favorite lines, and receive alerts about service disruptions that might impact your trip.
Easily search for specific lines and view their real-time locations on the map. Select a station to see all lines serving it, along with their next three arrival times. Locate nearby ticket sales points and view their operating hours on the map. The app is available in Romanian and English.
