Embark on an exhilarating journey with Balloon Drops, a match-three puzzle game that starts off simple but quickly ramps up the excitement with 300 levels of cascading power-ups, various obstacles, and ever-increasing challenges. As you progress, the game introduces mystery items and auto-reshuffle/hints to keep you engaged, spread across five difficulty modes, including a relaxed no-timer special. With multiple objectives, challenges, and obstacles, you'll encounter 15 dazzling power-up combinations that will keep you on your toes. Each level presents unique objectives and challenges, and the mix of obstacles with unique board shapes ensures you'll be swiping and matching for more. Create powerful chained power-up cascades to level up and conquer the game!
Each level in Balloon Drops offers four possible objectives:
- Score quota: Reach a certain score to level up.
- Removing dark pulps: Clear balloons on top of dark pulps to remove them. There are three levels of dark pulps, with the darkest requiring three clearances.
- Bringing down popcorns: Guide popcorns to the bottom of the game board.
- Free all the balloons from the net: Release all balloons trapped behind nets.
Additionally, each level presents two possible challenges:
- Complete the objective before time runs out.
- Complete the objective before you run out of swaps.
Navigate through various obstacles:
- Party hat/Cupcakes: These cannot be moved and are cleared only by clearing an adjacent balloon or triggering a checkered or double balloon power-up. Clearing a party hat leaves a level 3 dark pulp.
- Netted balloon: These cannot be moved or swapped and are removed by matching the balloon behind the net with two other balloons of the same kind or by a triggered power-up chain.
Master the objectives:
- Score quota: Achieve the required score to advance.
- Remove dark pulps: Clear balloons on top of dark pulps, with the darkest requiring three clearances. Party hats also create level 3 dark pulps that need to be cleared.
- Bring down the popcorns: Move popcorns to the bottom of the game board.
- Free the netted balloons: Release all balloons from nets.
Face the challenges:
- Time challenged: Complete objectives before the timer expires.
- Swap limit: Complete objectives before exhausting your swaps.
Enhance your gameplay by matching four or more balloons to earn power-up balloons. There are three types of power-ups:
- Checkered balloon (horizontal and vertical orientation).
- Double balloon.
- Rainbow balloon.
Unbox mystery items by matching the gift box color with the balloon color. These items could be power-ups or obstacles, adding an element of luck to your gameplay, making levels either easier or harder.
